Streeter: "Largest scale map of the territory" Very detailed map with a list of sources. This copy has interesting ms notations on the southern border with Mexico - the topography has been extended by an experienced hand. Signature of J.C. Fremont on the plate - "Official Map of the Territory of Arizona." One of the best maps of Arizona as a territory. Stamp of W.B. Walkup & Co. on verso - similar to W.H.'s copy which is mounted on linen. Walkup published the last edition of Froiseth's Utah map. Folded into textured dark brown cloth covers 21x11.5 stamped with "Official Map Of Arizona By E.A. Eckhoff And P. Riecker 1880" in gold.
