A humorous pictorial color map of Sydney viewed from Rushcutter's Bay across the harbor to Kirribilli and Woolwich; and across the city to Centennial Park, Redfern, the Power House, Circular Quay and the Bridge. Includes bridge dimensions and the coats of arms of the Commonwealth of Australia, New South Wales and the City of Sydney, and the flora and fauna found in the state. The top shows a panoramic view over water of the bridge from the Heads. The clear sky shows a flying biplane. Map shows buildings, tourist harbor cruise, bridges, colleges, post office, wharves, ferry routes, islands, parks, bays, headlands, landmarks, businesses, roads, tramlines, railways, parks, and recreational activities. The border contains a quote from a poem: "Breathes there a man with soul so dead who never to himself hath said 'This is my own, my native land'? If such there be, go mark him well!" (from the Walter Scott poem, The Lay of the Last Minstrel, 6th canto). Includes decorative cartouches.
