Phillips lists 26 atlases of counties and cities in Wisconsin and Minnesota done by Foote, Foote and Henion, Foote and Brown, and Foote and Hood. Earlier, Foote worked with Warner under the name of Warner and Foote, publishing 12 atlases of counties in the same states as above, plus Iowa. Foote did not publish views in his atlases, preferring the clean simple lines of plat maps (see the "Testimonial Book" by Warner and Foote, 1880). Maps hand painted in full color.
