Pub Note:
Another of Caldwell's scarce county atlases with hand colored lithographic views, probably the first. Printed by Otto Krebs of Pittsburgh. There is a large folding map of Waynesburg, the county seat, and a Map of the Pittsburg (sic), Cincinnati and St. Louis R.R. Pan Handle Route, by Rand McNally, plus a page of advertisements for the route. Unlike the Clarion and Warren County Atlases that also have colored views, this was not an oil county so there are no views of oil wells. Full color.
