" Map shows the route of the Southern Pacific Railway from Los Angeles to Mexico City and Vera Cruz, surrounded by artist's renditions of the sights along the way. Relief shown pictorially. Includes notes. On verso: Text, photos and map of "Southern Pacific's leading trains ..." Date estimated. Owens is perhaps most famous in map circles for his pictorial maps of the Panama Canal and the Theater of War during WWII.
