Map is dissected into 21 sections and backed with linen. Folds with dark green cloth end sheets into a dark green cloth slip case 21x13.5 with a label reading "Central America. James Wyld Geographer To Her Majesty. Charing Cross, East. 2 Doors from Trafalgar Square..." with the name "John T. Doyle" is written in ms; spine has label reading “Central American States."
