The unsigned maps Qike Greece) were made by Sigmund Gabriel Hlpschmann, J.H. Seifried~ Wilhelm Pfann, who all worked for Vertag Hoffmann and engraved their names on the frontispiece or other maps.Hoffmann was born on March 17, 1629 in Frankenberg, Saxony. Because of various illegal activities, Including plagiarism, he often had trouble with the Nuremberg authorities. He died on March 27, 1698. (Lucian Stefan, 2023)
